Too often, women and girls are told to "be strong" while silently carrying the weight of trauma, caregiving, societal expectations, and loss. My Natural Me was created to change that.
We are a nonprofit that provides safe, empowering spaces for women and girls to heal, grow, and lead—without judgment.
At My Natural Me, we serve individuals and families through four transformational pillars. Each program offers unique tools, resources, and support—designed to meet people where they are.
